We understand that going to the dentist is not anyone's favorite thing to do. But we are determined to make a patient's experience in our office no more difficult than it has to be, and maybe even have some fun along the way! When a patient leaves with a smile on their face, we smile along with them.

Jolynn -- Patient Care Coordinator

I'm Jolynn and I'm the person who usually answers the phone when you call, and usually the first person at the front desk when you visit.  My job is to assist you with appointments, insurance, and  financial matters.   Although I am the newest member of Dr. Gilbert's team, I have the most years of experience in the dental field. 

It is important to me to work for a dentist who provides the very best care for his patients.  I see and feel that every day in Dr. Gilbert's office, both as a staff member and as a patient myself!

I love coming to work every day.  It is a pleasure for me to work with some of the best  staff and patients in the business!

Although my children are grown, I am still involved as a trainer for Girl Scouts, and I teach classes at my sister's quilt shop.  My husband and I enjoy spending time with friends, hiking and camping, or just being at home working in our garden together.  

Vanessa – Dental Assistant

I have the opportunity to greet and sit with patients, making sure they are comfortable and improving their view of the dentist from any previously bad experiences. It’s an awesome feeling at the end of the day when our patients tell me, “That wasn’t so bad!” All of our patients are unique and I love getting to know all of them. Dr. Gilbert is a wonderful dentist, and is very passionate about his patients and understands their fears and concerns.

My husband, Chris, and I love long road trips, camping, and making dinner together. We have a daughter, Grace, and a son, Noah. When I have free time I love watching sports. Go Cowboys!

Julie – Dental Hygienist

After working for Dr. Gilbert for 10 years, I enjoy the fact that I have close relationships with our patients. We have gotten to know each other quite well and I look forward to catching up on their lives when they come in for appointments. It is very important to me that our patients have a gentle and pleasant visit. Dr. Gilbert is a perfectionist and a professional, always looking to improve the practice to give patients the best care possible.

My husband, Kirt, and I enjoy cooking together, camping, cycling, and spending time with family and friends. I also have two stepchildren, Scott and Jadie.

Alex – Dental Assistant

Hello, it's great to meet you! As a dental assistant in our office, I make sure each person who visits us is at ease and comfortable. I love working with Dr. Gilbert because he cares so much about his patients and takes care of their needs with love. He's just the best to work for. My favorite part of my job is working with such great people, both patients and staff!

When I'm not in the office, I love spending time with my fiancée, Victor, and our son, Victor Jr. Being a mommy is my greatest accomplishment and every minute with my son is a blessing!
